If you signed a lease for any of the 4,311 improperly deregulated Units at the Complex for a lease term that included or began after January 22, 2003, up to November 30, 2012, you are automatically a Class Member. If you ceased being a tenant in one of the Units before January 22, 2003, or signed your first lease for one of the Units after November 30, 2012, you are not a Class Member.
